DVSAnalytics and its partners and/or customers identify project managers to coordinate a kick-off meeting or set up a call with all the appropriate stakeholders, including those responsible for the implementation.
The DVS Project Manager communicates all information, schedules meetings, and collaborates with all stakeholders to ensure the project is completed as expected in the accepted time frame.
The DVS implementation team installs the necessary Encore software, including Computer Telephony (CT) integration software which connects Encore with the customer’s communication (phone) platform, and performs all system management.
Following the successful installation, DVSAnalytics provides the customer with documentation detailing how the system was installed, configured and deployed across the organization. DVSAnalytics then conducts training classes for both system administrators and business users.
Customers are given access to the DVSAnalytics Technical Support team available 24x7x365, unlimited training via regularly scheduled monthly web classes, customer-specific training upon request, and software upgrades.
