DVSAnalytics Employee Spotlight – Kevin Agin

In this blog post, we will be spotlighting our Regional Sales Manager, Kevin Agin. Kevin has been with DVSAnalytics for 4 months and is already playing a vital role in our success. He has a tremendous work ethic and is always looking for new ways to grow and improve DVSAnalytics.

Kevin’s Background

Kevin lives in Wheaton, IL, a suburb twenty miles West of Chicago. Having been with DVS for four months, he has made great strides in his position since he started with us. Prior to working with DVS, Kevin worked with ConvergeOne for six years doing sales for Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions. Overall, however, he has over twenty years of experience selling solutions in this space. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities with DVS

As regional sales manager, Kevin focuses his efforts on the western United States. Kevin’s daily responsibilities include collaborating with partners to seek opportunities for DVS to continue our growth, as well as assisting customers with their needs and delivering long lasting solutions. Finally, Kevin plays the integral role of helping to close business and continue to build and strengthen our customer relationships.

What Kevin Enjoys Most About His Job

Kevin’s favorite part of being Regional Sales Manager at DVS is being able to work with incredible talent to provide solutions to DVS’s valued partners and customers.  Being able to help solve complex problems and build lasting relationships with our customers has  been the most rewarding part of the job for him.

Kevin states that the most valuable skills he brings to his role at DVS include passion, drive, focus, organization and instinct. Forming relationships with key stakeholders and customers helps him to identify the right solutions that meet their needs, while establishing a trusting dynamic that leads to successful relationships and strong results.

Kevin believes hard work, paying attention to detail, and listening to customer’s needs  are the keys to success. He loves challenging himself to strive for excellence in every task he takes on, and finds that his best results come from understanding the key pain points that customers are facing.

What’s Kevin Like Outside of His Professional Life?

Kevin likes to stay active in his free time, as it keeps him sharp and motivated. Playing a round of golf, biking, or going to the gym are some of Kevin’s favorite activities.
