One of the most significant milestones of 2025 was the launch of Chorus, DVSAnalytics’ next-generation customer experience and analytics solution.

Chorus brings together conversational intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights into a single, modern platform. Designed for organizations that want more than basic reporting, Chorus helps teams understand not just what happened in customer interactions, but why. By analyzing conversations across voice and digital channels, Chorus empowers leaders to uncover trends, improve agent performance, strengthen compliance, and enhance the overall customer experience.

The launch of Chorus represents a strategic evolution for DVSAnalytics, positioning us to support more complex CX environments while aligning closely with the broader Dura vision for integrated customer experience solutions.

Free Trial for Conversational Analytics

In 2025, we also made conversational analytics more accessible by introducing a free trial. This allowed organizations to experience firsthand how AI-driven transcription, keyword tracking, sentiment analysis, and interaction insights can elevate quality management and coaching, without upfront commitment. The response reinforced what we’ve long believed: once teams see the value of conversational analytics in action, it quickly becomes essential.

Growing the Team

In 2025, Dave McKendrick joined the DVSAnalytics team, bringing additional experience and expertise to support our growth and customer success efforts. As we continue to expand our solutions and partnerships, investing in people remains just as important as investing in technology.

Events, Partnerships, and Collaboration

Collaboration played a key role throughout 2025, both internally and with partners.

  • Sales and Marketing Summit in Manchester
    In November, we joined our sister company, Invosys, for a sales and marketing summit focused on alignment, strategy, and collaboration across the portfolio. Not only did we have successful meetings, but wonderful team bonding as well!

  • Strengthening Partner Relationships
    Throughout the year, we deepened relationships with key partners, including our continued partnership with Xima, ensuring customers benefit from complementary technologies and seamless integrations.

  • Customer Connect Expo – Las Vegas (April 16–17)
    The team attended the Customer Connect Expo to engage with industry peers, explore emerging CX trends, and connect with organizations focused on improving customer experience through analytics and AI.

  • NWN Carousel Sales Kickoff 2025
    Early this year, we were proud to participate in the NWN Carousel Sales Kickoff, supporting our partner ecosystem and reinforcing joint go-to-market initiatives.
