The past year has been an incredible one for DVSAnalytics! We’ve achieved new milestones, strengthened partnerships, and expanded our offerings to better serve contact centers and our loyal customers. 2024 Highlights and Accomplishments
The Release of Encore 9.1
This year marked the release of Version 9.1, which added Conversational Analytics to our Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) portfolio. Building upon our speech analytics offering, this new addition equips contact centers with deeper, AI-driven insights into customer interactions, allowing for improved service and agent performance.
Exceptional New Customer Migrations
A major focus of 2024 was helping customers transition from outdated systems to DVS’s solutions. We’ve successfully onboarded numerous businesses migrating from sunsetting products like Telstrat, Uptivity, Oaisys, and Virtual Observer. These customers are now benefiting from DVS’s scalable, easy-to-integrate solutions.
Record-Breaking Sales Success
2024 was one for the books! We celebrated our best sales year in over 5 years, in addition to adding new reseller partners, which led to a 50% increase in new system sales year-over-year.
Assisting Customer Migrations
We assisted NEC customers in migrating to new UC/CC platforms, ensuring a seamless transition. With our flexible solutions that integrate with numerous platforms, users can easily move their DVS system alongside their Contact Center and/or UC platform migrations.
Engaging Webinars and Events
To connect with our customers and partners, we hosted a series of webinars designed to educate and inspire. Whether you tuned in as a customer or a partner, these sessions spotlighted how DVS can elevate systems and workflows.
Additionally, we attended NAHAM 2024 in Dallas, showcasing how Encore and Agent Guidance provide unmatched efficiency and accuracy in healthcare contact centers.
New Additions in 2024
This year, we continued to innovate and evolve, adding new features and resources for our customers and partners, including the following highlights:
- Free Trials: Now you can explore our Conversational Analytics and Agent Guidance features free for 30 days.
- Workforce Engagement Management Expansion: We rounded out our WEM portfolio with the addition of Conversational Analytics and Agent Guidance to empower contact centers with real-time insights and next-level workforce productivity.
- Enhanced Customer and Partner Tools: We added even more resources to our customer and partner portals, making it easier than ever to access tools, updates, and learning materials for an optimized experience.
And of course, our mantra remains strong—“More for Less”—ensuring that our customers receive incredible value through our innovative contact center solutions and comprehensive offerings.
