Telephonic Signature

The State of California requires county-level Health and Human Services agencies processing telephone applications for Medi-Cal to record a voice attestation (a legally binding voice signature) during the application process. This recorded segment of the interaction must be available to send to the State as requested for legal reasons. 

DVSAnalytics developed a new Telephonic Signature feature for Encore™ to address their needs. Telephonic Signature creates a separate, secure recording of the voice attestation. Telephonic Signature can be triggered manually by the agent or automatically.
