DVSAnalytics 2023 Wrap-Up: Biggest Wins, New Features & Partnerships

As we wrap up 2023, we couldn’t be more thrilled with our progress at DVSAnalytics. Our team has been hard at work creating new features, fostering partnerships, and celebrating our most significant accomplishments of the year. We want to share our most notable highlights with you, our valued customers and partners.

Encore’s New Version Releases & Partnerships

One of the year’s biggest undertakings was the release of Encore versions 8.6 and 9.0. With these new releases, we’ve replaced the Microsoft Silverlight application in Encore with HTML 5, improving platform capability, performance and security. Additionally, we’ve announced a new partnership and integration with Xima, who offers full featured premise and CCaaS solutions for contact centers worldwide.

As we continue to expand our contact center customer base, we’re thrilled to have added scores of new customers to the DVS family integrating to Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, NEC, and Xima systems. These latest developments reinforce our commitment to bringing innovative solutions to the marketplace with the help of our fantastic integration partners. 

Latest Encore Features, Integrations & New Functionality

DVS has made significant strides in enhancing Encore’s features and integrations. In particular, we’ve added new WFO and WFM integrations with Xima and Intermedia CCaaS platforms, and added support for high-quality audio for speech analytics. We’ve also enhanced our integration with Mitel.

Our team is excited to announce additional new features for release 9 to make Encore even more user-friendly and efficient for users. These new features include: 

  • New contest manager
  • New recording player
  • HTML5 streaming player with video
  • Evaluation data export report templates

Looking ahead to release 9.1, we’re excited to integrate two of our three functional suites – WFO and speech analytics – allowing for speech analytics to be used with Encore’s viewing and playback tools. This will enable us to deliver Automated Quality Management (AQM) features in future versions of Encore.

2024 Brings New Promotions & Opportunities in the Contact Center Industry

As we look ahead to 2024, we’re excited to kick off the year with a sales promotion designed to assist our partners in attracting new customers. The details of this promotion will be available in January, and we cannot wait to share them with you.

We’re also excited to announce that DVSAnalytics’ new affiliate company, Infinity, who delivers cost-effective contact center solutions that will guide agents in managing complex customer interactions via simple or sophisticated workflows. This will include workflows for BPO’s, emergency services, patient interactions and any contact center looking to improve the way in which they provide customer care.
